Short-Term Rentals (1-5 months)
Our short term rentals start at around $450 per month for suites and one-bedroom apartments and go up from there. All of our short term rentals are furnished and in most cases utilities, internet, and TV are included in the price.
When filling out the questionnaire it is important to give us your rental budget. By rental budget we mean how much you can afford to spend not what you think a rental should cost based on information on the internet from people who are trying to sell e-books or seminars.
We recommend that you reserve a hotel for your first week or two in Cuenca so you can see rental properties first hand before making a decision, however, in some cases we can reserve a short term rental property upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
Once the rental questionnaire has been submitted you will be automatically notified and we will get back to you within 2 business days if we have something that meets your needs. All rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis.
At the end of the questionnaire there will be an opportunity for you to give us any additional information about your rental needs and ask us any rental questions you may have. We are not set up to be able to provide answers to questions unrelated to Real Estate.
Important: Please wait until you are within 60 days of visiting Cuenca before filling out a rental survey. Surveys submitted outside of this time window will be discarded.

Important note for Students and Teachers: Cuenca Condos does not rent out rooms, only independent residences. Renting a room in a boarding house or from a local family is often a better option for people who wish to keep expenses to a minimum. Renting a room is also the best way to immerse yourself in the local culture and learn or perfect your Spanish.
